Registration and Payment
In order to be considered for a specific trip you must apply (through our application process). If you are approved your credit / debit card will be charged and will receive an email notification (stating such approval) and a link to finalize any outstanding balances (if applicable). When submitting an application for a specific trip and date a hold will be placed on your credit card for up to 48 hours; you may not change, alter, transfer, or cancel this hold whatsoever.
If you have reserved a spot via a deposit transaction, full payment is due 60 days prior to departure. If full payment is not made by this time we reserve the right to retain any deposits made and release your spot to someone else. We accept payment via credit card, debit card and wire transfer. If you pay by wire transfer you are responsible for all fees associated with such payments. If full payment is made at once, $199 of which will be considered a deposit which is non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to submit final payments by the payment deadline will result in the client automatically canceling his/her trip and may is not entitled to any refund whatsoever.
If your booking is made 60 days (or more) prior to departure you may pay a non-refundable deposit of $199 to reserve your spot on the trip (for trip total cost over $199). Until this deposit is made your spot on the trip is not guaranteed. For trips under $199 the full payment must be made at the time of booking; we do not accept deposits for trips under $199. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
By the traveler:
If you cancel your booking cancellation fees could apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If you cancel a trip:
- More than 60 days prior to departure you will the choice of:
- A full refund less deposit amount
- A credit (equivalent to all monies paid to date) valid for 12 months from the notification date of cancellation. This option may only be used once per 12 month period per traveler. Discounts such as coupons and sale pricing is non-transferable in this circumstance. Credits may only be used towards final trip payments; credits are not valid for deposit payments of future trips.
- Between 45 to 60 days prior to departure we will retain the deposit or 50% of the amount paid (whichever is greater)
- Less than 45 days prior to departure we receive the right to not refund any of the costs paid
By Travendly LLC:
We may cancel a trip at any time up to 30 days before departure if the minimum number of participants required for departure isn’t satisfied. We will advise if the trip does not have the minimum requirement at the time of booking. If we cancel your trip at our discretion and for reasons not out of our control you will receive a full refund. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control such as due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events (such as COVID-19) we reserve the right to issue credit (in the amount of all monies paid to date) with expiration one year from the date of cancellation. In circumstances where the cancellation is out of our control notice may occur less than 30 days prior to departure. Further, in the event of cancellations out of our control (as mentioned prior) we may issue cash refunds less any unrecoverable costs. Further, we reserve the right to cancel with such notice in extenuating circumstances, for example. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.
We may cancel any trip for COVID-19 related reasons which may be but not limited to boarder closings, outbreaks, increased community spread, accommodation cancellations or closures, transportation delays and/or cancellations, and/or general safety (related to COVID-19 spread) of participants on a trip. If we any trip is cancelled due to COVID-19 related reasons participants will receive credit in the amount of all monies paid which will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. This cancellation decision is at our (Travendly LLC’s) discretion.
Travendly LLC requires that all participants provide proof of travel protection with minimum coverage of $100,000 to cover personal injury and emergency medical evacuation/repatriation expenses to participate in our trips. Participants may purchase this coverage from the provider of their choice. For your convenience, we offer travel protection plans provided by Travelex Insurance Services, that help provide coverage for Trip Cancellation/Interruption, trip delay, baggage loss, theft or damage, medical expense and emergency evacuation coverage and more.

Passports and Visas
Valid passports are required for travel to all international destinations. The traveler is responsible to ensure his/her passport is valid for at least 6 months after the departure date of the trip. Check with the appropriate consulate or embassy for the latest visa requirements.
Prices are based on current rates of exchange, tariffs and taxes. Travendly LLC reserves the right to increase tour prices to cover increased costs, tariffs and taxes, and to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets. Travendly LLC also reserves the right to withdraw a tour or any part of it to make such alterations in the itinerary or with the tour inclusions as it deems necessary or desirable and to pass on to tour members any expenditures or losses caused by delays or events beyond its control. Itineraries and arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond Travendly LLC’s control. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued. See Changes to Itineraries for further details. Travendly LLC may from time to time offer promotional pricing, discounts and/or coupons; any such promotions (discount from the stated original tour price) may not be combined with any other promotion and or discount.
Travendly LLC reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any program or part thereof and to use them for promotional purposes. By booking with Travendly LLC, trip participants agree to allow their images to be used in such photographs. Trip participants who prefer that their images not be used must state so in their application.
Claims and Refunds
Refunds are not made for any missed services, except for verifiable extenuating circumstances. Please see our Limits on Responsibility on this page. For verifiable claims to be considered, they must be received in writing within 30 days of the termination of the program and be accompanied by supporting documentation and/or a statement from the Operating Company verifying the claim. Any adjustment considered will be based on the actual price of the services involved and not on a per diem basis. Adjustments will not be made for unused sightseeing trips or meals. Travendly LLC will not accept any liability for any claims that are not received within 30 days of the termination of your travel program. All claims for days missed while traveling should be made in writing within 30 days of the termination of the program.
Travendly LLC will not accept any responsibility for mistakes or errors in airfare bookings made by independent third parties. The traveler’s confirmed web page will have detailed tour information, and it is up to the traveler to ensure the correct arrival and departure flight information from the tour start and end cities. The independent agent will arrange the best-priced airfare available at the time of your trip’s booking. Please note that certain airfares are subject to a service fee.
Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. These programs may use the services of any IATA carrier. International air carriers are subject to international air conventions limiting their liability. The limitations of liability are contained on the reverse side of the airline ticket and form part of the terms and conditions of this package. The passage contract in use by these companies, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the companies and the purchaser of these travel programs and/or passage.
Baggage allowances on airlines are subject to the specific policy of the air carrier we have booked. You are responsible for any additional baggage charges beyond what the airline has allowed. You will be notified of the exact airline carrier at least 14 days prior to departure.
Authority on Tours
Our group trips are run by a group leader. The decision of the group leader is final on all matters likely to affect the safety or well-being of any person participating in the trip. If you fail to comply with a decision made by a group leader, or interfere with the well-being or mobility of the group, the group leader may direct you to leave the trip immediately, with no right of refund. We may also elect not to carry you on any future trips booked. You must at all times comply with the laws, customs, foreign exchange and drug regulations of all countries visited. Further, your trip will travel between cities on various modes of transportation; if you are not present at the aforementioned time (for said transportation) your group leader reserves the right to carry on without you so as not to divert from the predetermined itinerary. If this is the case we are not responsible for any additional transportation costs that may arise. We are not responsible for your health, safety, well being, or any other liabilities during this time in which you are “separated from the group” on your own recognizance. Lastly, you are never obliged to participate in any activity which you wish not to for whatever reason.
Changes to Itineraries
Travendly LLC reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule any tour prior to departure, and, so long as this is not due to any causes beyond our control (as stated in the Limits on Responsibility section) the passenger shall be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid to that point if he/she so desires, less any non-refundable deposits or uncollectible expenses incurred. If we do change the itinerary, and you are already booked for that particular trip, we will notify you of the changes. If you are not pleased with the changes you may receive a full refund provided you request a refund 3 business days after receiving a notice of change to your trip itinerary from Travendly LLC.
Limits on Responsibility
Travendly LLC, its employees, officers, directors, successors, agents and assigns, does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip. It purchases transportation (by aircraft, coach, train, vessel or otherwise), hotel and other lodging accommodations, restaurant, ground handling and other services from various independent suppliers (including from time to time other affiliated Travendly LLC companies). All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result Travendly LLC is not liable for any negligent or willful act of any such person or entity or of any third person.
Travendly LLC, acts solely as agents for the client with respect to all transportation, hotel and other tour arrangements. In that capacity, Travendly LLC exercises all reasonable care possible to ensure the traveler’s safety and satisfaction, but, Travendly LLC neither assumes nor bears any responsibility or liability for any injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising in connection with the services of any airplane, train, ship, automobile, motor coach, carriage, or other conveyance, or the actions of any third-party involved in carrying the traveler or in affecting these tours. Travendly LLC is not responsible for damages, additional expenses, or any other losses due to cancellation, delay or other changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, civil disturbances, acts or threats of terrorism, travel warnings or bans, termination or suspension of war risks or other carrier insurance, quarantine, acts of God or other causes beyond its control. All such losses must be borne by the traveler, and tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated. Travendly LLC is not responsible for delays, changes or cancellation costs due to incorrect, incomplete or expired traveler documents. In the event of cancellation, delay or rescheduling mandated by any of the aforesaid causes beyond Travendly LLC’ control, the passenger shall have the option of accepting in lieu of the original tour such rescheduled tour or other substituted tour(s) as may be offered, or else, receiving a refund of as much of such advance tour expenditures as Travendly LLC can recover on the traveler’s behalf from carriers, third-party tour vendors, etc., but, Travendly LLC shall not have any obligation or liability to the traveler beyond the foregoing. Travendly LLC reserves the right to make alterations to a tour’s itinerary and to substitute hotels, vehicles, ships, or activities if this is required.
In addition and without limitation, Travendly LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease (such as COVID-19), spread from any disease (such as COVID-19), acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of services, food poisoning, mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transportation or for failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time.
Risks: There are certain inherent risks in adventure travel of the type involved here. These include, but are not limited to, hiking, walking, climbing injuries and altitude sickness, and in all trips dangers of animals, inaccessibility to medical attention and difficulty in evacuation from remote locations in the case of a medical emergency. Passenger assumes all such risks with regard to these possibilities.
Travel Advisories/Warnings: It is the responsibility of The Traveler to become informed about the most current travel advisories and warnings by referring to the U. S. State Department’s travel website at www.travel.state.gov/ or by phone at 1-888-407- 4747. In the event of an active State Department Travel Warning against travel to the specific destination location(s) of the trip, should The Traveler still choose to travel, notwithstanding any travel advisory or warning, The Traveler assumes all risk of personal injury, death or property damage that may arise out of the events like those advised or warned against.
Travelers Representations: The Traveler represents that neither he nor she nor anyone traveling with him or her has any physical or other condition or disability that could create a hazard to himself or herself or other members of the tour. Travendly LLC reserves the right to decline to accept anyone on a trip. Travendly LLC reserves the right to remove from the trip, at his or her sole expense, anyone whose condition is such that he or she could create a hazard to himself or others, or otherwise impact the enjoyment of other passengers on the trip.
