Day 3 (Caye Caulker)

1. Scuba Diving at the Blue Hole

  • You must be a certified scuba diver and have dove in the last 2 years to participate in this excursion
  • This includes three dives at Blue Hole, Half Moon Caye, and the Aquarium at Long Caye Wall
  • Depart at 5:30am; Return around 4:00pm
  • Includes scuba gear (BCD, weights, fins, mask, regulators, snorkel and wetsuit), light breakfast with coffee, lunch, snacks, and beverages
  • This is a shared dive, meaning other travelers may also join
  • Note: This trip is dependent on the number of participants; it may not run on certain days or with too few numbers.
    Cost: $310 USD, paid in cash upon arrival

2. Cave Tubing

  • Float underground on the Sibun River on inner tubes with only your headlamp to light your way
  • Please note the following schedule which is a full day
    • Depart at 8:30am for ferry
    • Arrive in Belize City at 9:15am then drive 1 hour to site location
    • Cave tubing from 11am until about 12pm
    • Lunch will be served from 12pm until about 1pm
    • Drive back to Belize City for 3pm ferry
    • Arrive back to Caye Caulker around 3:45pm
  • Includes transfer to/from Cave Tubing site (via drive) in Belize City, cave tubing equipment, guide, lunch
  • Note: Ferry tickets to/from Belize City from/to Caye Caulker are not included. Please budget $25 USD for the round trip ticket.
  • This is a shared excursion, meaning locals or other travelers may also join
  • Cost: $107 USD, paid in cash upon arrival

3. Windsurfing

  • Experience a windsurfing lesson over Belize’s pristine waters
  • Several local operates offer windsurfing rentals–from total beginner lessons to just a board rental for pros! Your group leader will help you find a local operator to fit your level.
  • Introductory lesson: about $60 USD, paid in cash on-site
  • Equipment rental only: about $30 USD, paid in cash on-site
